Dentate and deadly, Dionaea ‘shotgun star’ is a handsome sawtooth Venus flytrap cultivar. Neatly-rosetted ground leaves, and short petioles keep this plant compact and densely-packed, especially as it divides.

They grow easily outdoors in temperate climates, or in greenhouses.
