The spoonleaf sundew, Drosera intermedia “NJ Pine Barrens” is a relatively small but very easy to care for sundew. This species grows in a rosetted or branching form with long petioles and a spoon shaped sticky trap at the end. These traps will curl over their prey items like grasping something in your palm. Capable of growing bushy and turning solid red in bright light, these Jersey Boys will stand out in any carnivore collection. This is a temperate variety and requires a winter dormancy. Bundle options available. You will receive your plants barerooted. TEMPERATE PLANTS ARE DORMANT FROM FALL INTO SPRING.

The picture doesn’t do justice to the true beauty this plant. Plant arrived well packaged and very clean.
Highly recommended!

Late to review, but wanted to update. Lost 2/3 from shipping late in the season / dormancy, but low and behold one did take and even budded another three babies that are doing wonderfully after coming out of winter dormancy. It’s absolutely loving soaking up the sun from my south window as it comes out of his hibernation and feasting of fungus nats. Would buy again!
