A delicate species for the collector of wildflowers and US natives; unlike most other lupines this is a fast-growing annual that re-seeds every year. A west-coast native, it can be found in a variety of habitats from California to Washington. Plants average 8-30 inches tall, developing a splayed rosette of pinwheel-shaped leaves around a central stalk that sometimes branches as it grows, and is topped by small clusters of tiny but beautiful flowers that open indigo-blue and white and fade over time in the lighter parts to pink and purplish.
Photos are of flowers from the seeds source; packets contain around 20 seeds each. No special treatment needed for germination.
Seeds are shipped in padded envelopes to avoid damage in transit, via USPS mail (First Class). US shipping only. As seeds can take time and sometimes special treatments in order to germinate properly, returns cannot be accepted and refunds are not available upon receipt of the seed packets. If a package is lost in transit, please contact as soon as possible.
