For sale are rooted cuttings of the hybrid tropical pitcher plant Nepenthes x Ted Payne.  This plant is basically a remake of the Victorian hybrid N. x Mixta.  The plant from which these cuttings were taken is part of the Longwood Gardens collection.  These cuttings were struck in December 2020 and have well-established roots.  Compare this to N. x Mixta, which I believe is a superior hybrid.  Note: the leaves of this hybrid get very compact and crowded in grwoth habit.   It does not seem to produce as many pitchers as N. x Mixta.
