Crosses between x moorei and x farnhamii or x readei produce incredible offspring; this sort of parentage has resulted in cultivars like ‘The Kraken’, and undoubtedly combining a particularly deep red-purple plant like the Sunbelle clone here and a famous high-contrast giant like “Lunch Box” (a richer colored ‘Leah Wilkerson’ imposter) will produce showstoppers.
